In Iran, young protestor killed by the mullahs is honored

A memorial ceremony on Sunday 26 September held on the first anniversary of the murder of Ali Hassanpour by the Iranian regime’s suppressive forces, was attended by a number of other mothers who have lost their children as a result of the mullahs’ cruel suppression. Terrified of the growing number of people joining the ceremony, the clerical regime’s agents at Behesht-e Zahra Cemetery, where Mr. Hassanpour is buried, exerted pressure on the family to end the event. But, they were met with opposition and protest by the people. At least one young participant was arrested by the regime’s suppressive agents.
